Authentically Lebanese

For many years, Pam Pulsifer has prepared and served traditional Hummus bi Tahini for family and friends at gatherings around Sarasota. People always raved about it, saying, “I’ve never tasted hummus so good!”As a first generation Lebanese-American, Pam learned how to cook traditional Lebanese cuisine by her grandmother’s and mother’s side. She then passed this strong sense of food preparation and unbreakable link to the old country’s way of cooking to Lauren, the 4th generation daughter. Thus, Authentically Lebanese was established in 2020 with 4 generations in the making.
