Sunshine Canning was started by Lisa Fulk after she completed the Master Food Preserver training through Cornell in New York. She has been vending at local markets and craft shows since 2012 and has loved watching the company grow. Working with local farms whenever possible, all products are created by hand in a commercial kitchen in Sarasota. This is a small batch, artisanal company – some recipes make only 6 jars at a time! – so it can be a true labor of love. While we do have some wholesale accounts, meeting our customers at the local markets and getting their feedback is our favorite part of this job!
