Mark Webster founded The Happy Pickle in 2009 after needing a change in his life following a series of events including a stroke, a divorce, and a lay off during The Great Recession. After encouragement from a friend and fellow market vendor, he (along with all three of his sons) built the pickle and olive empire you know and love today! Mark offers a variety of pickle flavors sourced from makers in Florida and the finest assortments of olives harvested and imported from Greece. The Happy Pickle has been serving the Southwest Florida area with great products and happy faces across local Farmers Markets for the last 13 years.
